Managing more than one brand or storefront shouldn’t mean juggling logins or separate accounts. With LettrLabs, you can connect multiple Shopify stores under a single account, switch between them as needed, and run distinct automations per store — all in one place.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Connect your first Shopify store to LettrLabs
  • Add one or more additional Shopify stores
  • Verify everything is linked and ready for automations

Step-by-Step: Connect Your First Shopify Store

1) Open Automations and start Shopify setup

From your LettrLabs dashboard, go to Automations and click New Automation. Choose Shopify, then click Set Up Now.

2) Confirm you’re in the right Shopify account

Make sure you’re logged into the correct Shopify store in your browser. When prompted, click Install to authorize the LettrLabs app.

3) Connection success

After install, you’ll be redirected to LettrLabs with your store marked Connected.

Step-by-Step: Add Additional Shopify Stores

You can connect more stores to the same LettrLabs account and manage them side by side.

1) Switch to your next Shopify store

Log out of the previous Shopify admin (or use an Incognito window / separate browser profile) and log into the second Shopify store you want to connect.

2) Add a new store in LettrLabs

In LettrLabs, go to Automations → Manage Integrations → Shopify → Settings (3 dots in the top right corner) and click Add a New Store.

3) Authorize the app (again)

Follow the same install flow in the second store’s Shopify admin. When you return to LettrLabs, you’ll see both stores listed as connected.

4) Repeat for each storefront

Repeat the add-store steps for any additional Shopify stores you manage.

Using Multiple Stores in LettrLabs

  • Pick the store per automation: When creating an automation, use the Store dropdown to select which Shopify store it applies to.
  • Keep rules separate: Each store can have its own filters, templates, limits, and schedules.
  • Naming tip: Include the store/brand name in automation titles (e.g., “Brand A — Win-Back 90 Days”, “Brand B — Abandoned Cart”).

Tips & Best Practices

  • Avoid login mix-ups: Use Incognito windows or separate browser profiles (e.g., Chrome profiles) when connecting multiple Shopify stores.
  • Double-check before installing: Confirm you’re logged into the correct Shopify admin before clicking Install.
  • Standardize naming: Use consistent automation names and tags by store to prevent confusion.
  • Permissions: Ensure you have permission to install apps for each Shopify store (Owner or Admin access).

What Success Looks Like

  • Manage Integrations → Shopify shows each connected store with status “Connected.”
  • In the automation builder, the Store dropdown lists all connected stores.
  • Each store has its own automations running independently.

Troubleshooting

  • I don’t see the right store during install: Log out of Shopify, log back into the correct store’s admin, then redo Add a New Store in LettrLabs.
  • Wrong store connected: Remove the connection for that store in Manage Integrations, then reconnect while logged into the correct Shopify admin.
  • Need help: Contact support in-app — we’ll get you sorted fast.
