📬 How to Automate Direct Mail to Your Klaviyo Segments with LettrLabs

Looking to re-engage customers who’ve gone dark on email and SMS?
LettrLabs makes it easy to trigger handwritten mail to any Klaviyo segment—all in just a few clicks.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to setting up your first Klaviyo automation in LettrLabs:

✅ Step 1: Log In to LettrLabs

  • Start at your LettrLabs homepage.
  • Navigate to the “Automation” tab in the left-side menu.
  • If you haven’t already connected your Klaviyo account, the system will prompt you to do so.

🔗 Note: You’ll need to be logged into your Klaviyo account for the integration to complete.

✉️ Step 2: Create a New Automation

  • Click “Create New Automation”
  • Select “Klaviyo” as your integration source
  • Name your automation (e.g., First-Time Buyer Winback, Re-Engagement Campaign, etc.)

🧩 Step 3: Choose a Template

  • LettrLabs offers pre-built card templates for common campaign types, or you can create your own.
  • Click to select a template that fits your campaign goal (e.g., First-Time Buyer)
  • You’ll see a preview of the handwritten card style included in that template

👥 Step 4: Select Your Klaviyo Segment

Once your Klaviyo account is connected:

  • All your existing Klaviyo segments will populate in a dropdown
  • Choose the segment you want to mail to

(Popular example: subscribers who haven’t opened email/SMS in 30+ days)

📦 Step 5: Set Your Monthly Send Limit

  • Define how many recipients you’d like to include each month (e.g., 5,000)
  • This helps you manage your volume and spend based on your goals

💾 Step 6: Save and Activate

  • Click “Save”
  • Your automation is now live—LettrLabs will automatically mail your selected segment every month without lifting a finger
