The LettrLabs Handwritten Bi-Fold Card offers a premium format for longer, more personal outreach. With two writable panels and a full-bleed front design, this format is ideal for high-touch campaigns where deeper personalization drives results.
Delivered in a hand-addressed envelope with a real stamp, it’s designed to look and feel like something truly important.
Overview
As a premium offering in our handwritten lineup, the bi-fold card gives senders up to 1,600 characters of messaging space — double that of a standard flat card.
Each panel measures 5.3" x 7.5", offering the same safe-zone and bleed dimensions as our standard formats, but doubled across two connected pages. This extra space is ideal for storytelling, offer explanation, or detailed follow-up messaging.
The card is delivered in a hand-addressed A8 envelope with a real “live” stamp, making it feel incredibly authentic and personal.
Typical Use Cases
- High-Value Follow-Ups: After a call, demo, or purchase — when a longer message shows genuine attention.
- Thank You or Loyalty Notes: For major donors, repeat customers, or long-term clients.
- Detailed Introductions: When you need to explain your offer clearly to a cold lead.
- Onboarding + Welcome Sequences: To walk through multi-step onboarding while keeping it personal.
- Event Invitations: With ample space for details and a compelling message.
Design Dimensions
These are the print-ready layout guidelines for the front panel of the bi-fold card (the only panel that includes design elements — the interior is fully handwritten).
