You’ll be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding and campaign creation process, including answering product questions, coordinating custom designs with our design team, building out audience segments, and following up on campaign results, and providing recommendations. You’ll build a systematic process for managing our rapidly increasing client base, looking for ways to better serve our customers (e.g. product enhancements, more self-serve tools, or content). This is a full-time remote position.
As one of our founding Account Managers, you will take ownership of the expansion and retention of a subset of LettrLabs key accounts by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale commercial conversations, including mid-cycle upsells and renewals. As a trusted advisor to the customer, you will deeply understand their business needs and align LettrLabs solutions with their objectives to help our key accounts thrive. The goal of this team is to reduce churn and achieve overall net revenue expansion of the LettrLabs customer base, as measured by Net Revenue Retention.
